Cisco’s entry into the hosted e-mail market with Webex Email not only creates a new competitor, but a new pricing low. Microsoft, Google and IBM are already in a race to rock bottom prices. This pricing war will put pressure on pricing and margins, and that will undoubtedly affect reseller partners.
