Vendors Wage Hosted E-Mail Pricing Wars

Cisco’s entry into the hosted e-mail market with Webex Email not only creates a new competitor, but a new pricing low. Microsoft, Google and IBM are already in a race to rock bottom prices. This pricing war will put pressure on pricing and margins, and that will undoubtedly affect reseller partners.

Are Data Centers Factories? Washington State Says No

Microsoft reportedly is threatening to relocate the host facility of its Azure cloud-based operating system in a tax dispute with Washington state.
