Geek Squad Not that Geeky

An undercover by a Fox News affiliate in Portland, Ore., conducted a simple PC repair experiment in which Best Buy's Geek Squad was caught trying to bilk a customer for hundreds of dollars in repairs and upgrades, where local VARs passed the test with flying colors.
